Neat Laser Eye Surgery

so i have an astigmatism in my right eye, and my sight is jacked up in that one eye. i have a hard time with putting in contacts, idky, and i was wondering about lasik. does anyone know how much it costs? and if getting the laser kind is some kind of hassel compared to getting the one were they cut your eye with a knife(which is never going to happen to my eye)? and isnt there something different if your dealing with an astigmatism?
